CCAR-P tip: At 63 questions in 120 minutes you have under two minutes per question, and the blueprint is broad rather than deep - seven domains, none above 19%. Integration is the heaviest, but two domains (Governance, and Stakeholder Communication & Lifecycle Management) are about defending decisions and managing systems over time, so expect judgement questions, not just technical ones.

Online proctoring (OnVUE) is not available in some countries and regions - the FAQ lists Belarus, Cuba, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and restricted parts of Ukraine, and says exam delivery to Iran was suspended as of 8 September 2026. If you are in or near one of these, check the FAQ before booking.

What ID do I need for the CCAR-P exam?
One valid, government-issued photo ID, presented at check-in whether you test online or at a test center. The name on it must match the name on your exam record.
How much time do I have per question on the CCAR-P exam?
63 questions in 120 minutes works out to about 114 seconds per question, with about 135 minutes of total seat time once check-in is included.
Can I use notes or a translation tool during the CCAR-P exam?
No. The exams are closed book, and browser translation tools are not permitted in Pearson's proctoring platform.
What happens if I fail the CCAR-P exam?
