CCAR-F tip: Agentic Architecture & Orchestration is the heaviest domain, and the exam favours scenario questions where several options look reasonable. Anchor on the reliable signal (for example stop_reason rather than parsing text) and be wary of answers built on arbitrary caps or natural-language checks.

Online proctoring (OnVUE) is not available in some countries and regions - the FAQ lists Belarus, Cuba, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and restricted parts of Ukraine, and says exam delivery to Iran was suspended as of 8 September 2026. If you are in or near one of these, check the FAQ before booking.

What ID do I need for the CCAR-F exam?
One valid, government-issued photo ID, presented at check-in whether you test online or at a test center. The name on it must match the name on your exam record.
How much time do I have per question on the CCAR-F exam?
60 questions in 120 minutes works out to about 120 seconds per question, with about 135 minutes of total seat time once check-in is included.
Can I use notes or a translation tool during the CCAR-F exam?
No. The exams are closed book, and browser translation tools are not permitted in Pearson's proctoring platform.
What happens if I fail the CCAR-F exam?
You wait 14 days, then 30 days, then 90 days before retaking, pay the $125 fee again, and have up to 4 attempts total in a 12-month window.
